ATLANTIC BUILDERS GROUP COMPLETES
GATEWAY EXCHANGE II

Atlantic Builders Group recently completed the $9 million, 130,000 square foot Gateway Exchange II building, located in Columbia, Maryland.

The scope of work consisted of the construction of a five story office building. The exterior skin is constructed with pre-manufactured slender wall panels, ribbon windows and curtain walls. Work included site work, foundations, erection of steel, slender wall panels, windows, roofing, three traction elevators, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, paving and landscaping. Fit-out of the building included all bathrooms and the first floor lobby.
