ATLANTIC BUILDERS GROUP COMPLETES
BAXLEY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Atlantic Builders Group recently completed Baxley Development's $8 million, 130,000 square foot Gateway Centre II Commercial Condominiums complex at 7226 and 7230 Lee Deforest in Columbia, Maryland.

The project included two above grade 2-story research and development office structures. Building A is 75,000 square feet and Building B is 55,000 square feet.

The Cleaning Authority will be the occupant of Building A, relocating their corporate and operations offices to the new location. Building B will house multiple businesses in the condominium office facilities, one of which will be Baxley Development.
