ATLANTIC BUILDERS GROUP, INC.
TO CONSTRUCT 3 WAL-MART SUPERCENTERS

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. has awarded Atlantic Builders Group contracts to construct 3 Supercenters in Maryland.

The construction value for the three projects is in excess of $40 million. The new stores will be located in Arbutus, Glen Burnie and Hunt Valley. The Arbutus store will be 230,004 SF, Glen Burnie 203,860 SF and Hunt Valley 220,205 SF. Construction on all three locations is scheduled to begin in February 2007.
